Migrant workers, refugees and stateless persons remain among the most vulnerable to human rights abuses owing to their uncertain immigration status. SUHAKAM will continue to enhance its engagements with all stakeholders which include the Government, civil societies, regional and international networks including the United Nations (UN) human rights bodies and mechanisms to protect migrant workers’ rights in Malaysia.
