The Cartoon Gallery showcases winning works from the "Right to Education" Cartoon Competition on the theme “Education for All” launched by the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia since 1 September 2022 to 30 November 2022. The artworks submitted by participants comprised a variety of ideas, concepts, and imagination as a form of expression towards raising awareness on the importance of equitable education for everyone as a fundamental right as enshrined in Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and Article 12 of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia.

SUHAKAM received a total number of 205 participants and 12 of the best artworks were chosen through a panel of juries from the Education and Promotion Working Group Commissioners and professional cartoonist "Pauh" from the Malaysia Cartoon & Comic House (MCCH).
